Jeremy King
Jeremy King oversees the development of the groups media propositions and leads the editorial and commercial sales functions. His wide ranging experience of financial publishing and of developing commercially successful products has enabled the group to quickly embrace new commercial advertising formats and enhance its product range.
Jeremy joined the group in October 2004 when Moneywise was acquired from Reader’s Digest. Prior to Moneywise he was for three years the Director of Private Share Ownership and a Board member at ProShare, the UK Share promotion agency- where he was responsible for developing their private investor education material, the National Investment Programme for Schools and the UK investment club movement.
Between 1987 and 1999 Jeremy worked for Financial Times Business. As a Divisional Director he ran a range of business to business and personal finance magazines, their related products and events- including Investors Chronicle the UK’s leading weekly investment magazine and a stable of magazines including Financial Adviser and Money Management, which targeted Independent Financial Advisers.
Prior to the divisional director role he was Deputy Managing Director of FT Magazines. During this period he launched a number of new magazines including Pensions Week, European Pensions News and Investment Adviser.
